At Jungle Resort Dandeli, we understand that travel plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.50% Refund:
Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.No Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show will not be eligible for any refund.For peak seasons, long weekends, and festive bookings, cancellation policies may vary.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Any payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Booking Modification
Date changes are subject to availability.
Price differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.
Modifications requested within 48 hours of check-in may not be accepted.
